If you like what you see and think you would like to join EastActors, stop thinking and contact us! We are always seeking out new actors, Theatre Playwrights/new writers, directors, technicians, designers, workshop leaders, wardrobe staff and Stage Management crew. Although we cannot offer money for these services, we do offer free venue-specific training in all aspects of an EastActors production. It's always great to meet new people and all are welcome to apply! You really do not need any experience to apply. We like people from all types of backgrounds and experiences.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO BECOME A MEMBER? Lets cut to the chase! The key to our current success is that our members are not required to pay extortionate fees to practice their craft.

The charges are as follows:    

Yearly membership fee (production costs and Public Liability Insurance):£25.00

Weekly Subscription fee (pays for the hire of our theatre & use of facilities such as electricity) £3.50

If we ask you to attend an audition, do not despair! Our audition process is very informal and we DO NOT ask you to pay for this meeting. All we ask is that you come to see us for a brief chat, take part in a workshop with our current cast of actors and you may be asked to prepare a very short monologue.
